: Loan Agreement
The claimant is entering into a legal contract with the contributor and confirming that You accept the following:
Any equipment loaned is the direct responsibility of the claimant whilst it is in their possession. The claimant agrees to insure the equipment against loss, theft or damage at their own expense for the period of hire.
The claimant also agrees to take appropriate care to ensure that security of the equipment whilst it is in their possession.
All of The Equipment is in the Condition as stated on this Loan Agreement at the Start of the Period Of Loan.
All of The Equipment will be Available For Collection in the Condition as stated on this loan agreement by the End of the Period Of Hire.
If any of The Equipment is not Available For Collection within 7 days of the End of the Period Of Loan the claimant agrees to pay the full cost of replacement within 14 days of the End of the Period Of Loan.
If loss or damage occurs to any of The Equipment between delivery and collection you agree to pay the full cost of replacement or repair of any lost or damaged items within 14 days of the End of the Period Of Loan.
Title to all loan equipment shall remain with the contributor at all times.
All Loan equipment is accepted as working at the time of delivery.
The hirer shall not sell or part with possession or control of the equipment at any time during the period of loan.
Under no circumstances will the claimant add to, alter, modify, adapt or interfere with in any way any item of equipment, nor will they allow any other party to do so.
The claimant will be charged for any damage, repairs and/or maintenance to the equipment that arises through misuse or negligence.
The claimant will notify the contributor immediately should the equipment be stolen, lost or damaged in any way.
The claimant agrees to pay the contributor full, new replacement costs for any equipment that is lost or damaged in any way and is beyond economic repair.
