LSM510 META confocal laser scanning microscope

Zeiss point-scanning laser confocal microscope built around a Zeiss Axiovert 200M stand and equipped with 488 nm, 561 nm and 633 nm lasers, Mai Tai laser for two-photon excitation (e.g. for DNA dyes such as DAPI or Hoechst), META detector for 8-channel spectral imaging, 2 APD detectors (e.g. for fluctuation correlation spectroscopy) and an NDD detector. Includes acquisition PC and software as well as X-Cite lamp and objectives.
